FIXED - Members' Area Running Slow - Server Issue

We are currently experiencing some slow performance on the server that hosts the members' areas of mysatin.com and satinplay.com - it is not affecting the forum or the free areas of mysatin.com/satinplay.com. Access is available, but downloads seem to be running slower than normal
The issue is being investigated by the colocation facility at the moment and we hope to be back up and running at full speed shortly!

Just an update - the server has been checked and there is no issue with it, but the network connection is still running slowly which is affecting download speeds from the members' areas
We are still working with the technicians at the colocation facility to attempt to get this fixed as soon as possible.
As a work-around in the interim we have copied the most recent videos to a different server which is running much quicker (although not as fast as we would like) - you can access these links from the members' areas home pages.

The issue is now resolved - downloads should be back to full speed!
The problem has been identified as an issue with a layer 3 switch within the colocation facility. The switch has now been fixed which has resolved the problem.
