I haven't seen this mentioned anywhere yet. Preloved.co.uk is a free classified ad site and they have quite a lot of clothing on there.
I've seen lots of listings of Monsoon dresses although most don't seem to be very cheap. Definitely worth a browse though. I'm all in favour of sites that offer an alternative and competition to the "getting too big for it's boots" Ebay.
