I am thinking about buying sheets from shopbedding.com. The products seem to get good reviews (there are reviews on the site, but I don't always trust those) but the customer service reviews are mixed.
Has anyone bought satin from these folks?

Well, I took a chance and ordered a set of satin sheets from these guys and I was VERY disappointed with the fabric. It is hard to describe how it felt. It wasn't slick or even particularly soft. My wife described them as "gummy" and I thought that summed them up pretty well.
It reminded me of a pair of satin pants my wife had back in the 80's. They were dry clean only and made of acetate. Not shiny acetate like brides maid dresses, but a type of matte acetate that "looks" like satin, but doesn't feel like it.
I just mailed them back and the return postage was $15 USD. Yeah, an expensive lesson
I don't recommend satin from this store and I hope I helped someone save some money.
