Satin AirBNB - Would you rent??

I'm still sitting on hundreds of dresses, skirts, blouses & gowns. My wife and I plan to travel and rent out our house in SF Bay Area on AirBNB. I floated an idea past her that she thinks is silly - What if we hosted a Satin AirBNB where each bedroom had bed outfitted with satin sheets, feminine artwork ofn the walls and a closet full of play clothes. Our backyard is very private and we have a garden that I enjoy while donned in my silks.

What do you think of this idea?
Would you rent a boudoir in a private old house (craftsman style) in Silicon Valley?
Would pay a premium for such as rental - say up to 20% over market. If we provided a safe dressing place and access to our wardrode. I would have to charge more for cleaning the clothing.
If Yes, would you stay for a night or for a week?

She thinks it is a business idea with no legs - I disagree, but I need some data to support my hypothesis.

What a superb idea - I definitely think that you are n to something there.

A chance for a few like-minded satin fans to get together in a safe and intimate environment to fully explore their satin fantasies and sexuality together.
